How long have you been in business?

Roadhouse Antiques & Vintage started as North Bank Antiques in 1977.  The name was changed when the business was moved to Texas in the early 1980s.  We have continually operated and offered quality antiques to dealers and clients for over 30 years.

What is your return policy?

Purchases from our Etail store at www.rocketranchroadhouse.com can be returned if the buyer notifies us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item(s) are grossly misrepresented.

International buyers should check shipping costs from Austin, Texas at www.usps.com for accurate postage rates to international locations.  We ship USPS Global Priority Mail for purchase outside of the US.

How do you ship items inside the United States?

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or Ground Shipping via UPS or FedEx for large or heavy items.  In some instances, we may suggest the buyer contact a freight service.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you ship to foreign countries?

Yes.  Shipping can be done to most foreign countries in Europe, Pacific Rim, including Canada, Mexico, and Central & South Americas.

Do you insure the shipments?

Yes.  We can insure shipments at the buyers request or our recommendation, for the amount of the purchase.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Do you charge a handling fee for shipping?

Yes.  We charge $5.00 USD handling fee for all shipments sent.

Do you track the shipments?

Yes.  We provide tracking numbers for all shipments sent in the US.  We do not provide tracking numbers for international shipments unless sent via UPS at the buyer’s request.

Do you have merchandise not listed on your website?

Yes.  We have warehouses in Southern Indiana, Austin & Fayetteville, Texas.

Can you find a particular requested item for a client?

We will endeavor to locate items that fit out inventory mix, i.e. we won’t locate china or glassware because we don’t carry those types of items in our regular inventory.  Finding a particular style or type of item is not easy, but we do see a lot of antique & vintage items we do not purchase for our own inventory.

Where in Austin is your store located?

We only operate an Etail store at www.rocketranchroadhouse.com.  We also regularly sell at several shows in Texas and the Midwest (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky).  You can keep up the shows where we sell on our website.

Where do you get your merchandise?

We buy most of our inventory in and around the “Golden Triangle” area of the Midwest including Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati, OH; and Louisville, KY.

We purchase for estates, farm and specialty auctions, and other dealers.  We also buy throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
